The oils mentioned above can be used
  1. Neat - Straight, undiluted,
  2. 50-50 - Dilute 1 part essential oil to 1 part Vegetable Oil of choice
  3. 20-80 - Dilute 1 part essential oil to 4 parts Vegetable Oil of choice
  4. Photosensitizing - Avoid using on skin exposed to direct sunlight or UV rays (sunlamps, tanning beds, etc.)
  5. Dietary Supplement - Research indicates that some oils are more effective when taken orally. Only pure essential oils, proven safe and labeled as dietary supplements, should be used internally. Dilution and dosage is dependent on the age, size, and the health constitution of the individual. Follow the recommended dosage on individual product labels to ensure safety or seek the advice of a health professional before administering oils internally. In addition make sure you are drinking more water because EO can accelerate the detoxification process in the body and if not enough fluids are being consumed it can cause toxins to recirculate causing nausea, headache, body aches, etc.
